The transaction required a highly commercial and pragmatic approach given the scale of the proposed scheme, the short timeframe involved and the complexity surrounding the existing capital structure. Imperial Blue was able to move quickly, underwrite the opportunity and complete above traditional leverage parameters, delivering a bespoke structure tailored to the sponsor’s requirement.
