Once these have been signed and returned we immediately start drawing up our credit paper. 2Credit Our credit process is super simple and super quick. We typically turn credit decisions around within 5 working days receipt of signed terms, subject to legals, valuation and contract. 3Site visit, legals and reporting Once credit approval has been granted, we book a site visit and instruct third party professionals (typically a quantity surveyor and valuer) whilst the legal process can get underway simultaneously. 4CompletionOnce legals have been completed, all conditions have been satisfied and reports have been received funds can be released and the loan completed.5
