So who are Imperial Blue?

Founded by brothers James & Tom Harries in 2011 we are now a team of ten – a small but highly efficient group of Analysts, Modellers, Researchers, Executors, and an in-house qualified Architect and one of the leading property investment companies in the uk.

We are leading experts in the world of property development funding and are one of the leading property investment companies in London.

We have recently been included in The Spears 500 Index – considered to be the essential guide to the top commercial property finance financial service providers in Europe – we were the only development finance specialist to be included.

The largest debt ticket we have closed is just over £100 million. The largest equity ticket is just over £33 million. We are happy looking at anything from £500,000+ and see building relationships as more important than the size of the deal.

We also have a development arm currently building over 100 units across the UK and we, therefore, add significant value to our partners and borrowers whether we are lending debt or entering into Joint Ventures.

Now backed by an Institutional Fund we have significant resources behind us and are able to be super competitive, super quick and super flexible.

PRINCIPAL LENDING & INVESTMENT

Our investment & lending property development funding arm is largely backed by high net worth investors enabling us to provide senior, mezzanine, short term/bridging and joint venture finance. We will also do seed capital for the right clients and currently have significant capability in providing bridging finance for property development.
